USING YOUR IMAGINATION (THE WAY IT WAS MEANT TO BE USED)

Philippians 4:8 "...if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think on such things."

The human imagination is a powerful thing, it is where your future is born, is where physical reality begins its existence, it is the realms of the possible and from where it begins it journey to manifestation. We use this powerful tool all the time, most of the time we use this amazing gift to imagine what can go wrong with our lives, or how things could fall apart and on how our dreams are never going to happen and not on how your dream life couldn't be easier to achieve or impossible to avoid.

We're doing it all the time, our deeply held fears seem so permanently engraved on our souls that we don't even notice the connection between those fears and the creation of the nightmarish circumstances that so many on this planet live in.

OUR IMAGINATION`S ARE NOT MEANT TO BE USED IN THIS WAY!

We even use our imaginations to create ways to exploit our fellow humans for personal gain, for example: the despicable practice of human trafficking, which is basically the buying, selling, using and when they have no more usefulness to their captures they are thrown away like so much trash. Human beings as disposable objects, with just as much perceived value by those who use them, imagination employed in the pursuit of carnality, evil and the denigrating of others. A subject that a blog entry, or even a whole book by itself and strictly speaking, not the subject of this post…

But, suffice to say:

OUR IMAGINATION`S ARE NOT MEANT TO BE USE IN THIS WAY!

The imagination is where the seeds of the creatively process are sown, it is where heaven places images of your grandest most fulfilling future, played by the projector of your heart and, viewed on the movie screen of your mind. Deep in your spirit there exists the reason for your coming to this life, the mission you are here to express and experience lives in, and has its beginning at the heart of your being. In there is the genesis of the joy and satisfaction we experience when we fully express our purpose for coming to this life, and all we have to do is listen to and follow the yearnings of our hearts.

The process of creation, the journey to manifestation, begins with our imaginations. As children we do it all the time, we create whole worlds with our imaginations, dreaming up, speaking and acting out possible scenarios all 'as if' it was real. Children are experts in the process of manifestation they demonstrate it every day with their play; we seem to forget as we grow older the joy of the creating and manifesting of our dreams.

So, the four steps to creating a fulfilling future for ourselves and by extension, the whole of humanity, one imagination/life at a time are:

Romans 12:2 "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind..."

1) The desire: There are seeds in your spirit, seeds of your desires and of your dreams, the reasons you came to this life, the beginnings of the experiences you came here to explore. Deep, deep within us all resides the driving force behind the whole of consciousness, the life force of creation, the Holy Spirit. Your job is simple, your job is to listen to your heart and search your soul to discover that reason.

2) The dream: This as you might expect, is where your imagination comes in. Use your imagination to give internal life to what are literally the dreams and desires of your heart. Don't worry if you are dreaming the right dream, don't concern yourself as to whether you are making things up or not, just dream. Dream in high definition, not just the sights but the sounds, the smells, the taste and the feeling of being where you know that you should be. Most, most importantly of all is to express the joy, the excitement and the gratitude for the manifestation of what is already so.

3) Speak and act: Your words and actions are simply statements of what is already really so for you, they (your actions) should be treated as the 3D image you have of who you think you are. Acting and moving one step at a time, in the direction you wish to go. Write your vision down, put everything in print so that you can read it and be as detailed as possible.

4) Trust: You don't have to know the details of how it works or how to get where you wish to be. Hold the destination in your mind, knowing that it already is, but don't concern yourself over how you will get there. The life, the Holy Spirit that resides within will guide you - learn to listen and learn to trust. And whatever you do, remember to play.

Searching for Wholeness (Part 2 - Physical Wholeness)

Physical wholeness from a spiritual perspective - Nothing Missing, Nothing Broken!

3 John 1:2(NIV) "Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well."

Physical wholeness from a spiritual perspective - Nothing Missing, Nothing Broken! That is how it should be during our physical existence here on the Earth and not a life of pain, disease and suffering, but a life of abundant vitality and strength. If those dreams we all have to live a full rich life filled with love and joyous experiences are ever to come to fruition, then health and wholeness is essential -- big changes will have to be made; your old lifestyle will no longer cut it.

This is a journey from fear and sickness, to hope and a desire to be healthy, from faith that you will, sometime in the future experience the miracle of physical wholeness to the knowing and experiencing of yourself in a state of optimal health and physical wholeness.

This journey, this process of transformation is as much a renewing, expanding and transforming of the mind, as it is the body. It is an enlarging and expanding of what is possible for you, towards the realization that not only is anything and everything possible for you, but that it already lives and exists just waiting for your claiming of it. Everything of course, includes the literal and complete wholeness of your physical form, the vibrant, energetic you really does already exists in your spirit as potential just aching to be actualized and manifested as and in the material form that is your bodily home in this life.

Realize it is more than just possible to actualise and make real the manifestation of physical wholeness, it is your destiny. But first, there is something you need to know before you can manifest wholeness. - Its already here, it already exists, accept it and call it yours. Of course, arriving at that destiny will require your conscious participation, it may already exist but it still requires conscious effort and intention on your part to manifest and experience what is already so.

The right attitude is essential, you have to see yourself as whole and healthy, you have to be so tired of sickness that nothing but vibrant health will do. If you are to manifest what is already so (waiting your claiming of it), you will have to cultivate a self image of vibrancy and strength. Your body will become what you believe to be true for you; your body is designed to manifest the self image you hold about yourself. Therefore, renewing your mind is absolutely essential, in fact its number one right at the top of your to do list if you are to create a new you.

Your physical form, your body and your mind, was always intended to be a perfect reflection and demonstration of God. You are not only created in God’s image, the life and the light within is God, you were made one with him and your body is meant to show that. This is why the renewing of your mind is so absolutely essential; you can’t become something that you believe yourself not to be.

Proverbs 23:7(KJV) "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he..."

Reacquainting yourself with your creator, go within and start a conscious dialog with the very wholeness you seek to manifest. Keeping a record of your interactions with your creator as a personal reference library to encourage and remind yourself as you grow. If you’re not sure where to start try beginning the conversation the same way you would begin any other conversation, just say hello and listen in your heart for the reply.

Every though, word and action should be in alignment with the truth and fact of your true identity, your true self that has always been and will always reside in and with wholeness. Set your mind on manifesting wholeness; make a decision to experience the rest of your days in this life with optimal health, focus your attention on the expression of the vibrancy that you should by now know to reside within. Feed your mind with images of health, populate your thoughts with ideas and knowledge of health - read articles and books about health, surround yourself with pictures of the healthy.

Your self talk, the way you speak to yourself and others about yourself must, MUST reflect a healthy self image, you must speak of your body in the present tense as whole and vibrantly healthy. Your mind listens to what you say about yourself and if you repeat it often enough begins to believe it and take it as true without question, so you must continuously tell the mind exactly what you want it to think.

Take positive action, change those negative, damaging habits and replace them with healthy life firming habits instead. Change your nutrition, exercise and sleep; treat your physical vessel with the love and respect it deserves. Boy, oh boy, if you could (and, by the way you can) see yourself through the eyes of your creator those damaging habits would disappear over night. If you would only perceive the truth of you from Gods perspective, the manifestation of your physical wholeness would have no choice but to “spring forth speedily.”

Isaiah 58:8 King James Version (KJV) Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be thy reward."

OR

Isaiah 58:8 New International Version (NIV) "Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard."

Now, this is worth repeating - remember: There is something you need to know before you can manifest wholeness. Its already here, it already exists, accept it and call it yours. It already exists, health is there waiting for you, it belongs to you, now take action and go get it and manifest the truth of your wholeness.

Start now, not tomorrow, not next week or when such and such happens then I can… No, start now and manifest physical wholeness, procrastination kills so do yourself a huge favour and take action today!

Mindfulness

_______________________________

Being mindful and aware of what you are thinking and the emotions that are produced by those thoughts, can show you so much about yourself. It can reveal the motivations that are not only behind your thoughts, emotions and actions but the repeating (and often negative) patterns of thoughts, reactions and emotions in your behaviour.

Watch yourself, in your mind take a step back and watch yourself. Observe, without judging, how you tend to react in a habitual way to certain types of thoughts, situations and people. Observe (again without judging), the emotions that arise at these times, then, ask yourself why? Why do I keep reacting this way?

The answer you arrive at could change your life. It will probably take some time and waiting with patience and you might have to let it sit with you for a while before you come to an answer and will different from person to person. But, when you do it really could change your life.

Continue observing in this way and a thought might occur to you, “These negative thoughts and emotions are not me”. You will on longer identify yourself with or as these negative ideas and realize you can make new choices, you can choose the way you see yourself. You can now choose to act as a pose to reacting in the way you have up until now, this will set you free to be who you really want and should be.

You can now give yourself permission to choose differently, to consciously and deliberately choose and act in a new positive life affirming way. A way that will revolutionize the picture you hold of yourself and therefore, revolutionize the whole your life.

Understanding your motivations is an important step, but, acting from the revelation that the observing of your thoughts, emotions and actions has given you is essential if you are to see any real change in your life. It could be your health, finances, or in your relationships or any other aspect of your life, whatever it is action is the fastest way to see change.

Act from this place of observation, of mindfulness, be aware of the effect your words and actions have on your life, the world around you and all the people in it. So, who is it that is doing all this observing? You are, the real you, the spiritual you, the part of you that come to this life to experience and express as much of itself as possible. Focus your mind on this observer, think of it as observing the observer if you like, spend some time with your real self, with the divine you.

Another good idea is to ask that part of ourselves that gives us our individual identities, the ego, to step aside and to allow the real you, the spirit you, the observer you, to take the driving seat. Coming from this place of the spirit is to come from a place that is motivated only by love you will gain a completely new perspective on all that noise and drama that goes on in your mind. Again allowing you to see your usual motivations and reactions in a new way and again, allowing you to consciously choose a fulfilling path for your life.

Come from your true self and you are motivated purely by love, you accept yourself, you accept others and you definitely do not judge. Now you have seen yourself in this new way, now you understand your motivations and beliefs (which area just un-questioned ideas you hold about yourself) you can leave the old you behind and march into the future with a peaceful mind, confidence, standing tall with your head held high.

You are also free to see all those you meet; family, friends, acquaintances or even those you might call strangers, in a new light. Because you now have an insight into their motivations and feelings you no longer have expectations of them that they were probably unable to meet. You now realize that everyone is struggling with the same internal battles you are, the difference is that now you are able to (gently) bring them to the same realisations that you have.

The point of all of this is that being consciously aware of your inner life allows you to deliberately choose the course of your life. You now have control over your thoughts, emotions and actions, not as before when you believed that they (your thoughts, emotions) had control over you. You can be who you always wanted to be, you can be the person you always knew you were on the inside, but never thought you could be on the outside.

Remember you are not your thoughts, you have thoughts, but they are not you -- BE THE BEST YOU - YOU CAN BE.
